Class Visits: NBAY 6620 Becoming an Effective Product Manager

This course focuses on the skills needed to become an effective product manager. Students learn how to establish product vision and success metrics and, critically, how to influence and persuade stakeholders across engineering, finance, marketing, design, and other functions—even when those stakeholders do not report directly to the product manager.
